The backbone of the REV3K total body fitness philosophy, REV3K Classes feature a series of modern circuit training stations that activate all of your core muscle groups.
Each day experience an entire different routine, developed and taught by our certified coaches and only lasting 50 minutes (or 3K seconds). Expect a fast pace exhausting workout where you can pick your own pace but are constantly pushed to your limits.
