Based on the incredible success of REV3K’s Biggest Loser Program,

REVitalize is a lifestyle based program aimed at increasing health and decreasing chronic disease.

Participants are led through a 90-day program of physical training, healthy eating and mindfulness.


Participants Receive: 

  • 3 weekly small group training sessions with an experienced and dedicated coach.

The classes are specifically created to improve metabolic health and include modifications for various levels of fitness and experience

  • A full nutrition guide with meal plans and recipes and a weekly session with a registered dietitian.

Throughout the program participants have continual access to a registered dietitian to help address barriers to healthy eating, as well as specific nutrition interventions for various disease states.

  • Integrated into the program are weekly mindfulness talks and activities.

Not only will these activities help to reduce stress, but they set participants up for long-term success, by working on their ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ and specific goals.

Note: Excludes SPIN classes. Our 6am classes, 10:30 Sunday and 6 pm Tuesdays are often full, be sure to call ahead to make sure their is room.
