REVlite TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS – Coached By Lieja Koeman and Nicole Slegers

RevLite will still be the high intensity circuit training that you’ve come to expect from REV3K but we will be ‘lite’ on the weights. Although some weight will be incorporated; we’ll be using our bodies as our main tool. There will be a focus on range of motion and mobility.

You must reserve a spot in classes and come prepared with INDOOR SHOES, a TOWEL, and a WATER BOTTLE. A mask must be worn into the building.
