REVlite TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS – Coached By Ashley Limbrick


RevLite will still be the high intensity circuit training that you’ve come to expect from REV3K but we will be ‘lite’ on the weights. Although some weight will be incorporated; we’ll be using our bodies as our main tool. There will be a focus on range of motion and mobility.

Try a free week of classes. Simply show-up 20 minutes before class to sign some paperwork and you are in.

Note: Excludes SPIN classes. Our 6am classes, 10:30 Sunday and 6 pm Tuesdays are often full, be sure to call ahead to make sure their is room.
