Core is designed to give you a strong and powerful body. Starting from the middle and working our way out, with core we begin with core exercises and extent to extremity training to ensure total body fitness.

A 30-minute workout, core combined with REV3K class will help you to become strong, functional, and keep you healthy for years to come.

You must contact us to reserve a spot in classes during your free week and come prepared with INDOOR SHOES, a TOWEL, and a WATER BOTTLE. A mask must be worn into the building.

Note: FREE WEEK EXCLUDES SPIN CLASSES. The 6 am, 10:30 am Sunday and 6 pm Tuesday classes are often full, so be sure to call ahead to make sure there is room.
