Core is designed to give you a strong and powerful body. Starting from the middle and working our way out, with core we begin with core exercises and extent to extremity training to ensure total body fitness.

A 30-minute workout, core combined with REV3K class will help you to become strong, functional and keep you healthy for years to come.

Try a free week of classes. Simply show-up 20 minutes before class to sign some paperwork and you are in.

Note: Excludes SPIN classes. Our 6am classes, 10:30 Sunday and 6 pm Tuesdays are often full, be sure to call ahead to make sure their is room.
