Lighter-Weight, High-Intensity Circuits


REVlite TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS –

Coached By Lieja Koeman and Kristen Stasiuk


RevLite will still be the high-intensity circuit training that you’ve come to expect from REV3K but we will be ‘lite’ on the weights. Although some weight will be incorporated; we’ll be using our bodies as our main tool. There will be a focus on range of motion and mobility.
